Finlandia Caviar

The experience at Finlanda Caviar restaurant was very good. Excellent food and good advice from the service. The only thing that failed was a very long waiting time. Even people who arrived later, were served before us. We finally had to ask for desserts and the bill faster than normal because we had to go to the airport.

Truly amazing experience. I had never had real caviar before, I have had roe on sushi, but this is VERY different. I felt very comfortable saying that I was a caviar virgin and everything was explained with much detail and background information. And guess what - caviar is AMAZING and each sampling taste was so very different. Just go. You will not be disappointed.

Great choice of excellent oysters, equally great choice of various caviars. Some standard vodkas. "Chablis" by the glass undrinkable. Nice service.

Really special little place near the marina and perfect for oysters and champagne for two. Considering the quality of the food the prices are reasonable but make it more of a treat than an anytime eatery. The staff were incredibly pleasant and provided wonderful service while giving us plenty of space to sit and talk uninterrupted. Would highly recommend

This was a nice place, but there was a loud group of people there that negatively impacted the atmosphere a bit. The food and the service were great, though. I was very pleased.

Small shrimp in seafood platser are not fresh and dry , smell like ammonia. Crab is also so and so. Hard clams in seafood platser are no taste , i mean no fresh tastes. I think the oysters in the oyster tasting Menu are better than the one in seafood platser. Sugggest try other things such as caviar , oysters,,,, etc. instead to have the seafood platter. Caviar with truffle taste pasta taste good! Staff Service are friendly and helpful.

Lovely lovely place. I thought it was going to be "overly touristy" in nature but couldn't resist the caviar tasting menus. It was not touristy at all and instead a quote intimate setting with a few small tables, a view of the harbor, and a surprisingly affordable menu. Will recommend!

This is a wonderful restaurant for a caviar and oyster lover. Be prepared to wait, have a glass of champagne, for everyone’s order to be prepared 1000X better than you could do it yourself. Try the samplers, order whole tins. You can’t go wrong.

Food was very good, some really nice surprises like caviar pasta. Service was also good, I'd just expected a bit cosier atmosphere. I like minimalistic nordic style, but it looks more like a shop than a restaurant.

When you appriciate really good food and flavors and need some luxury in your life, Finlandia Caviar is the place to visit. You will feel yoursef welcome immediatelly when entering inside to restaurant. Service has been always really good and professional. If you want, you can get lot of new interesting information about caviars and their origin. Go there and I can promise that you will not be disappointed.

Neljän kaviaarin maisteluannos, olipa huikea makukokemus!. Saimme hyvin ystävällistä ja asiantuntevaa palvelua. En tiedä löytyykö vastaavaa kaviaaripaikkaa Helsingistä. Tryffelivoi myös suussasulavaa! Vahva suositus, myös Tallinnassa!

Moderni ja raikas ympäristö, ravintola melko pieni, pöytävaraus suositeltava. Ruoka hyvää, näyttävä esillepano, erityistoiveet huomioitiin. Palvelu ystävällistä ja ammattitaitoista, tuotteet esiteltiin kattavasti. Shampankavalikoima kaverin mielestä "tylsä", joskin perusvarma.

Annokset vastasivat odotuksia. Olimme ainoat asiakkaat mikä ei sinänsä ollut outoa koska harvoin sitä kaviaaria lounaaksi syödään. Tarjoilija oli ystävällinen. Hinta-laatusuhde oli kohdillaan. Kiva kokemus.

Quaint little cafe/restaurant looks out into the water Very friendly and helpful lady Caviar was fantastic and could try many types of roe and caviars in blinys and in cups. Each cup came with 1/2 a quails egg and s mayonnaise. Delicious

We had an awesome experience here - lovely place to chill out. Customer service was excellent; polite but helpful and friendly. We will definitely visit again!

Good place for a quick meal. Light yet tasty and had a good view of the harbour from the window and champagne too!
