Ruoka ja palvelu oli hyvää. Baarin ”Mansku 40” oli yhtä pahan makuinen kuin näköinenkin. Onneksi juomaa oli vain puolikas kuohuviinilasillinen. Latisti tunnelman.
Ruoka oli erinomaista mutta palvelussa ei ollut kehuttavaa. Tarjoilija ei tuonut viinilistaa ennen kuin sitä pyysimme. Jälkiruuan yhteydessä ei edes kysytty haluaisimmeko kahvia tai teetä. Kokonaisuudessaan turvallinen kokemus kun saimme ruokailla rauhassa kaukana muista ja tarjoilija käyttivät maskia.
Siisti ympäristö, ruoka hyvää, mutta jouduimme odottamaan pöytään ohjausta tovin ja moni ruoka oli loppu, joutui odottelemaan
Upea uusittu miljöö ja loistava monipuolinen aamiainen. Suosittelen lämpimästi tällaista luksusta korona-ajan iloksi kaikille tylsistyneille porukoille!
Kaikki hienosti. Vaarista vauvaan kävi kokemassa. 2=1 oli merkittävä vetonaula.
Mukava rauhallinen ilmapiiri ja hyvä ruoka. Siisti paikka ja nopea palvelu.
Raikas ja monipuolinen. Erilaisia vaihtoehtoja. Ystävällinen salihenkilökunta. Aamiainen riittänee pitkälle päivään.
Ruoka ok,hyvä hintalaatu suhde.Trubaduuri oli hyvä ja otti asiakkaat. Tarjoilijat sitä vastoin hitaita ja alkuruokaa tarjottiin meille kolme kertaa ... pääruokaa odotettiin yli tunti. Lisäpalveluita ei edes yritetty myydä kuten avecia tai kahvia;jälkiruoan jäätelö oli sulanut jo kun annos tuotiin pöytään. Baarissa ei tunnettu winehour tarjousta .laink
We made a reservation prior to our arrival, since I was celebrating my birthday and my friend was for once having an evening off from taking care of her children. We arrived prior to our booking, which was at 18:00, and were not acknowledged upon arrival. We stood in front of the pianist, who eventually greeted us and asked whether we were coming for dinner. Despite this conversation, no waitress acknowledged us. Instead, we took a seat until eventually a waitress asked us whether we had a reservation. We were seated, and needed some time to think about what to order. No recommendations were given, and eventually the waitress forgot to return to our table to take our order. We received an apology and our food arrived in a timely manner afterwards. We asked about the wines, where the waitress didn't have a clue of how to describe the wines listed on the menu. After our starter, it took a long time until our table was cleared, and we received another apology from the waitress. The same thing occured after we had finished our main and eventually moved the plates ourselves to the table next to us. When the waitress picked up the plates, we received yet another apology. However, probably the most disappointing part of the evening, was that we received 1 glass of wine each that we ordered in the beginning of the evening and were never offered a refill, and after 2,5hours of dining we had not had a refill of neither wine nor water. We were not offered the dessert menu, which could have been a great idea considering that we were there to celebrate my birthday. We were not given the opportunity to pay and felt like we kept on waiting for the staff all evening. When we finally received the waitress attention in the end of the evening, she asked: ”How was everything?” And honestly, it wasn’t great. We gave her the feedback stating that we had not been offered to order any drinks since the first order we did around 18:15PM (we paid around 9PM) and that we did not get offered to order any dessert. Her excuse was unacceptable where she stated that ”I’m very sorry, but due to corona we have limited staff so…”. The restaurant and hotel opened on Monday, 5 days earlier, and considering that during the evening there were only 6 tables including ours, with 2 waitresses, I don’t think that corona is a very good excuse for providing poor service. Both me and my friend have worked in 5 star hotels both in Finland and abroad, and I personally don’t think that such an excuse is acceptable. However, I have to say that the food was delicious, the ambiance was great, and that Ben Michaels who was playing the piano gave us way better service than the waitress did. He definitely made our evening!
